The AT&T Passport plans do include a discounted calling rate per minute, unlimited messaging for texts, videos, and pictures as long as you’re using the stock messaging application, and finally that data allotment per phone depending on the plan selected. I see that you mentioned having the Passport plan on all four phones when you traveled. I can definitely help you out with that and I apologize for the disappointment you must have felt after looking at your bill! I can totally understand! No one likes to come back to a surprise especially after returning from vacation! I would like the opportunity to look into this with you! It is very frustrating and want to voice my complaint. Yet I have escalated this through AT&T retention and filed a claim and been denied.

And we would not have texted and called internationally if we did not think the Passport Plan that the rep put on our phones was covering that usage. I would have not put the plans on the phones had I not been told they could be used in the country. Now I have a lot of charges for texting and calling that should have been covered by the plans and have been denied these charges being removed. I was told by the AT&T representative that put them on my family's phone that the plan covered the country we traveled to. I was sold the Passport Plans on my phones (4 of them). I have charges on an international plan that I cannot get removed. I would like to know of a mailing address or an email address to send a letter to a customer service manager that someone will read and respond to - a letter of disappointment for the way my wireless accounts have been handled.
